We were in need to have our shower head repaired. I called Next Plumbing because of the high ratings. I wasn’t sure the ratings were authentic but moved forward anyway because they were able to squeeze in my minor emergency on the same day. When Rod arrived, he was super polite and put booties on immediately. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me as I often need to mop the floors after repairmen leave my house. Rod was able to diagnose the problem right away. He explained the issue thoroughly. Rod’s explanation made me realize the level of experience he had, which in turn made me feel comfortable working with him on this issue. He reviewed the charges and explained the warranty behind the work. I shared with Rod that I called his company on a whim and thought the reviews may not be authentic. I told him, after this experience I now believed every word these customers wrote were true. I hope I will never have a need for a plumber again, but if I do, I am calling Rod. Rod is a class act and Next Plumbing should be proud to have him on their team.

Doug did a good job in cleaning up after finishing the job and gave me very helpful advice to help me with future plumbing problems! Below is the water heater that Doug professionally installed for me! Thanks again Doug. UPDATE Doug returned to fix the pipes on my sprinkler system, today on 8/26/24 and again did a terrific job. I'd write a separate review, but Google won't let me write more than one! I added an extra picture of the work he did with my underground pipes! If you ever need a plumber, call NEXT, and make sure they send Doug to your home! Doug is very efficient, nice, professional, and he'll take care of you!

Awesome Company. We had a late evening issue with a septic line blockage. This was 10:00 pm when I called and they could not have been nicer to work with. Within 30 minutes Dan was at our door asking how he could help. I explained our situation and he jumped in and went to work. This turned out to be a root intrusion in a drain line. Even though it was the middle of the night Dan hammered through it and got us back up and running. Very nice service and a great technician to work with. We will definitely be using this company for all of our plumbing service.

Had a great experience with Next Plumbing, and specifically Doug Arnold who came out to help with a water heater replacement. Doug is extremely knowledgable, and explained the options. He took time to inspect every single plumbing fixture in the house. The water heater installation was done very quickly and neatly. Highly recommend calling this company for your plumbing needs.

Next plumbing unclogged my toilet sewer pipe 30 feet away. I couldn't snake that far or find the clean out cap. Justin used a camera that also showed a sag in the pipe beyond that and was finished in a couple hours. Excellent service and super knowledgeable. Other plumbers had bad, fake or no ratings! I would definitely use Next P again and recommend to Cape and Fort Myers residents.

Had Dan come out to examine and ultimately replace our water heater. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a hard worker. Fair price, perfect install, and got it taken care of quickly. Had great communication with the office for scheduling as well.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due, I have used Next Plumbing personally, I refer them to my clients and now they have bailed us out of a jam at work today on short notice.
